i need help with my mp3?
alright my mp3 wont turn on, the screen just stays blank, and sometimes when i turn it on it will say firmware problem. its a zen and is “creative” brand. then i downloaded the mp3 recovery tool and a firmware update. but when i hook my player into my computer it say “device not connected” and the player has to be detected to do eaither one of these. how can i fix this?!!!?!?!?!?!! 10 points to the one tht actually works!!! here is a pic and link to the mp3 website
