What is the best MP3 Encoding software?
I have a bunch of 320kbps music that I want to trim down to 192kbps. I’ve used iTunes 8.1 to do a quick encoding but I don’t think it’s the best way to do it. I am looking for the best (free) music encoding software to use for this.
Also, what is the best program to use with LAME? I’ve used i thin LAMEx but it sucked. Can you implement the LAME plugin into the newer iTunes?
