How do I get a .WAV file to be a particular BitRate? (356kbs)?
I need to convert some MP3 files to .wav 22500 mhz mono files, but every converter I’ve used so far doesn’t give me an option to select what bitrate I want them to be at.
Using different encoders I’ve gotten different bitrates, from 756 down to 35, but I never got to choose the bitrate, just the encoding method which didn’t tell me what bitrate I would end up with. None of them left me at 356 bitrates.
I need them to be 356 to make them compatiable with a game mod I’m working with, thanks!
Lame will allow you to choose the bit rate. Remember your not going to get any higher quality than was encoded in the MP3. I included a link to Lame on the other question you asked on the topic.
