100% freeware encoder of MP3 bitrate alteration program required?
Please help!!! I used to have a program where I could drag MP3 files into to program and alter the bitrate of a tune. I encounter problems when burning an MP3 disc. All the lower bitrate tunes seem to play in very poor quality and I’m unable to play them when I’m dj’in.
