How do I embed a picture (ie album art) in an individual MP3 file – without using iTunes – for a Nokia phone?
Itunes is the easiest way otherwise you have to convert eh image to a PNG of the correct size and then modify the MP3 ID3 tags yourself.

then copy the file you have modified (do not remove it from library or folder otherwise itunes loses track of it) to the Nokia.
