what is the function of doorbell?
I’m doing this for my assigment. Just shout out your opinion since i’m not familiar with doorbell and comes from a country that have the culture not to use doorbell. Your answers or opinions are really appriciated since I will be using it as a based to design a mp3 based doorbell. Thank you everyone.
Doorbells are used as an alert to let you know when someone is at the door. They simply press the button from the doorstep, (It’s usually located at arms length right beside the door.) and you hear it inside the house. There are many different sounds and chimes available. (depending on what kind you get) I suppose it was invented for larger homes, when you can’t always hear someone knocking at the door. I included some information for you called “How Doorbells Work.” Maybe this will give you some insight on the subject. It surprises me that you are not familiar with doorbells. It’s so common in our area, that you just don’t think about who has one and who doesn’t. Our doorbell has a wide selection of seasonal songs to choose from. The most common doorbells have one tune or chime. A tune can last up to 30 seconds or so. A chime is usually a quick, pleasant tone, like “Dingg Dongg.” sorry this was so long, but I wanted to give you all the information that I could.
