sansa scan disk mp3 player?
could any one help me out here i have a sansa scan disk 6 gb mp 3 player its always freezing up
and now i have some thing on screen saying refresh datebase and it wont even turn off now i even disconected the battery and reconected
and it still wont turn off does any one know of any retailers who sell thse mp3 players i bought it off the web 11 months ago and theres just 3 weeks warrenty left trouble is the firm is american i think
so would cost a fortune in phone calls i suppose
i have also bought the docking station and wallet to store it in so it was quite expensive altogether
hope some one can help
have heard about freezing up problems, cant you go back to the place of purchase or if you used a credit card to pay for it, they may help.
although sandisk is american the website is not bad
