Creative Zen 1 GB Nano Mp3?
I own a 1 GB Creative Zen mp3 player (black)
Okay here is the problem…
Whenever I open the creative MediaSource Organizer it now says ” Your music library is corrupt and cannot be recovered. MediaSource will now revert to your most recent backup available. Would you like to continue?”
I click “yes”
“You have no available back up. MediaSource will now create a new music library.”
I click “okay”
“The PC music library cannot be opened as the database engine is corrupted. Please run microsoft jet engine 4.0 service pack 3.0 or above that is available at the microsoft website”
Where do I download this microsoft jet engine 4.0 service pack 3 or above? a link would be great. I would hate to have to buy another new mp3 player.
OK, I assume you know where on the computer the music is stored.
Copy it to another folder, as a backup.
Remove the software, and re-install it. Then use the import function to load all you music back in.
You can also format the player itself, and re-sync all the info.
Additionally you can just use windows media player for you creative, you don’t need the creative organizer anymore.
Don’t worry you own the best player on the market, you just need to redo the software.
