mp3 cataloging software
What’s wrong with my Zune?

I just got an 8gb zune ( http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926INGFS10116678&catid=26478 ) today.

My problems are:
I can’t turn it on (I pressed&held the play/pause button for like a whole 3 seconds several times and nothing happens).
I connected it to my computer and the battery with the lightning bolt shows up on the screen for a few seconds then goes blank and my Zune software that I installed TODAY won’t recognize my mp3 (it says “No Zune connected) and when i go to “Safely Remove Hardware” from the taskbar, it shows that nothing is connected to my computer.
I tried connecting it to a bunch of different USB ports (even the ones on the back of the computer) and the same thing happens every time. I’ve restarted the Zune software AND my computer.
What should I do :S?

hmm its possible that the battery isnt charged enough. i had that problem once with my 30g and after just leaving it plugged in for a while it sorta fixed itself. also try resetting it. hold the back button and up on the control pad and that should reset the device. hope this helps.

by the way. youre pretty cute.
