Do all car CD players have an AUX Input jack on them?
I just bought an MP3 player and would like to play it in my car. I don’t want to use an FM adapter because where I live it doesn’t work. I would like to use a connection cable to connect it directly to my CD player. I have a Pioneer DEH-1300 that doesn’t have an AUX input jack on the front. I’m wondering if maybe it’s on the back? I was debating getting a new stereo so I could play my MP3 player in the car but I figured if my old one has an AUX input jack on it, then I could just run a line out of it to the front. So, my question is, Do all car CD players have an AUX Input jack on them (whether they’re on the front or on the back)? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
This is an older model CD player. I think I bought it in 2000 or 2001.
Yes, most of them do, but yes Aux input is a standard feature.
