what software is the BEST in converting mp3 to mp3? and it also includes lowering the bitrate?
i want to reduce the size of my mp3s to put on my mobile phone.
What you need is a converter program. The best one in my opinion is dBpoweramp. It is a free converter. You can get it at http://www.dbpoweramp.com for free. You can adjust the bitrate using the slider bar in the program, then click the convert button to convert it.
Another good one is Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
