Software to change bitrate of MP3 files?

any bitrate converter which can REPLACE THE EXISTING mp3 files…
eg: present 192kbps file converted and automatically replace by 320 kbps..

You can use, http://www.videohelp.com/tools/CDex, Cdex its freeware. AudioConverter is another option but its shareware. But you do know that changing the bitrate of a mp3, even going up will only result in loss of quality?
