how to change the bitrate of an mp3 file …..cant find a successfull software?
i want to convert my mp3s from 128 to 48 kbps so that i can put more songs in my cell as smaller bitrate takes less space
i know its quality will detoriate but then also
please suggest some softwares that actually work[i prefer freewares ..because sharewares alow only first 30 seconds of conversion
