Can I Convert Mp3 128kbs to 320kbs?
I have a 320kbs mp3 file and I’m edited it with Audio Editor Pro 2.91 and I now have a 128kbs file.I want to have a edited mp3 with 320kbs bit rate.Any Ideas?
yes you can, but it wont improve the quality. you need to find the original with quality at least at 320kbs
