Best way to run and how often to get a “cut/defined” body?
Now with my arm mp3 holder I’d like to start running, and I was wondering how much running and what type of running (jogging, sprints, lunges, etc.) would be most effective in getting my body a more “cut” or “defined” look. I’m not a weight lifting person so that’s not the best option.
I’m already skinny, not grossly underweight. I’m probably borderline between skinny and average. Thing is, I’m not looking to get big bulging biceps or a 6 pack.
So what exercises would help define upper arms + chest. Exercises that don’t require a gym would be ideal.
You should be a weight lifting person if you want to be cut and defined. With just running you’ll get skinny with no definition. It’s not that easy just to pick and choose, its a balance of both. You have to build muscle to have definition and cardio to show definition.

Pushups (different variations, you can do wide grip, shoulder presses with back up etc)
Bench Dips
Go buy some free weights or resistance bands (these are cheap from gyms) to give yourself more variety for an at home workout
