Okay, please don’t laugh! Help please, ’cause I’m clueless!?
I have a chance to work at home for a company. I need to have the ability, if necessary, to record two-person phone conversation and save on computer in MP3 format. Not a clue! Is that something already in my computer? I have Windows XP Home. Do I need to buy an MP3 player? If so, how much are they? And please, step by step how do I go about doing what they ask? I have 4 days to let them know if I want the job or not. So I need a quick education. I mean, I do have a special tape recorder than can record calls, but I don’t know anything about this. Thank you in advance all you computer genuises!!!
Is there a way to transfer the recorded calls from my telephone cassette recorder or do I really need to buy special equipment? Thanks again.
Mp3 (MPEG LAYER 3) format is nothing but the sound format, u play in your mp3 player.. The company requirement is that, you need to have a conversation with the caller and record it in mp3 format.. u dont need a mp3 player….
