What is wrong with my Zune, how can I fix this?
Okay I have a Red Zune 80gb that i got from microsoft about 2 or so weeks ago after my last zune had some problems. To get to the point, my zunes backlight went completely out earlier today, but it has come back on. The thing is that when the light came back on, for some reason its almost totally black with a few visible lines of what my screen should look like. So I did a complete reset of the device and the screen is still kinda messed up. Does anyone have any advice on what i should do?
Hey, it’s happening to all Zune 30gb. It’s nothing big you should worry about, it’ll be fixed by tomorrow. Just keep it running until it turns off, then tomorrow around 1pm or after charge it and it’ll work properly. For more information, go to the link provided. Your not alone, at midnight all Zune 30gb had this problem if plugged in, or on the 80gb Zune it hasn’t occurred much. Although, it could be happening with it as well. Wait until 1pm tomorrow and it will be back to normal.
