Music in Microsoft Zune that isn’t in my PC Collection. But can’t remove?
Hey, thanks for opening. I bought a used 80gb Zune online. The guy had a bunch of horrible music on the Zune when I first got it, and I removed 90% of it fine. The other 10% can’t be removed from my Zune! When it is plugged in and I go to Device –> Music –> Artists The artists that are in my Zune are not showing on my computer. Why is this? How do I remove these songs? Some of the artists are The Mexican Art of Sound, Datarock, Pop Levi, etc.
And…yes the Zune is plugged in and I am on “Device” when I go to remove the music.
I would just remove everything and start from scratch (in settings where you manage your songs,pics,movies ect.. there is an option to delete all content. do this, then re-sync all your songs again.
