HELP!! (Zune, Future Shop, Return Policy help)?
Okay, well, i got a 4gb Pink Microsoft Zune. I have a 2 year warranty, and the first zune i had broke, it ran out of battery and when i went to charge it, it wouldnt charge. and now the same thing is happening to my new zune. ( i only had the first one for about a week, and i have had this one for about 2 weeks). Okay, so my question is, can i return my zune, and add like, 50$ and get like, and ipod instead?

Obviously, it depends where you got it from. Usually, the receipt of the item will say what that store’s return policy is. It seems like you wouldn’t be able to return it and get another player of any sort, though, after more than 2 weeks unless you bought a warranty on the Zune. You ought to just call the store you got it from, though, and ask.
Frankly, I think for two Zunes to have basically the same problem, it’s something you did–not the Zune’s fault. I have a Zune and an iPod (iPod Touch), and I have had less problems with the Zune than the iPod. But from seeing questions here, it seems like newer Zunes (I have the original, i.e. Zune 30) have more issues than older ones.
