dropped zune.. if i go to best buy with warranty?
ok so i was playing sudoku and my friend pulled my headphone wire causing it to pull out and whip the zune onto the cement. there is no visible damage.. it wont turn on, wont charge, and the computer doesnt recognze it. If i take it to best buy will they give me a new one or will they give me a refurbished one, tell me to call microsoft or tell me to wait??? i would like to get a brand new one again.. mine wasnt old and that was only the second drop. i cant tell them it dropped, i can only say it just stopped working. it was very expensive. 120 gig for 250$.

If you got the warranty, and it hasn’t been a year since you bought it, then Best Buys will either fix it for you or replace it.
