I think my dad got scammed on ebay! What do we do?
Okay, so we found a great deal on a 20GB ipod
So, we bought it
Today, that page is gone
I’m not sure if they are still a user, but the page the ipod was on is gone
My dad didn’t get a refund or anything
Were not sure what happened…

File w/ paypal immediately! There’s a place on your paypal page that will say dispute resolution. Go there, and file a not received claim. They will immediately freeze the money in the seller’s account (hopefully it’s still there) and he’ll have to provide a delivery confirmation number and prove that it was delivered, or else, you’ll receive a refund. Then, I would file w/ ebay, but they’re hard to get a hold of, so try ebay live help and they’ll guide you through the process. Good luck!
