Help with buying a new sound system (Subs, speakers, amps, etc.)?
So i was thinking of getting a 12″ Alpine SWX-1243D sub with 2 5.25 Alpine SPR-13C 270 Watt speakers, a Alpine MRP-F600 4 Channel Class A/B Power Amplifier, a Alpine CDE-9874 CD/MP3/WMA Receiver with Full Speed iPod connection and Bluetooth Ready headunit, and a Kicker 07VCVR124 12″ CompVR Dual 4 Ohmn Loaded Vented Box Enclosure . I was wondering if this sounded right like if everything matches well and will produce good sound and also if there were any suggestions or changes anyone had. Also please mention if i need anything else. If it helps i was shopping at onlinecarstereo.com which had alot of cheap products but if anyone had any other suggestions as to where to get these items please let me know. Thanks
Also do i need a multichannel amp or mono, not sure what the difference is
Sounds like a proper setup! Just make sure your amp (which is powering all of that) can push enough watts. You might need a 6000 watt amp or better! Dont over power your car either…too much is too bad!
