Does anyone own an insignia kix MP3 Player?
I just got one and it’s given me soo much trouble. First, my computer wouldn’t recognize it, not even after i uploaded the software, and then I couldn’t get music into it. Well, I finally figured out from online that you can only use Rhapsody to get music on it, but now I can’t hear any of the songs! None! The volume is full up and I can’t hear a thing. I tried plugging in different headphones than what it came with and nothing! How can I fix this??
I don’t have that problem but mines does freeze on the writing screen. i think they’re pieces of crap.
