Why wont my mp3 player work? its plugged in but wont acknowledge the computer?
It’s an Insignia Mp3 player. Neither the computer nor the player acknowledge that its plugged in. on top of that, now my player won’t turn off, or play or anything. I’d take the batteries out, but you cant!!! What do I do?
never mind, i found the reset button.
Will it turn off again when you unplug it? Sometimes devices automatically stay on when plugged into a computer.
The port your plugging it into might be bad, try plugging something else into that port to see if it works.
If it still dosent work you probably need a driver, but a wizard should be pooping up saying it found new hardware, so Id say the port is probably bad.
