why cant i sync songs to my ilo mp3 player?
okay i have an ilo 1Gig mp3 player. the instructions said that if you have windows xp and window media pl 10 then all you have to do is plug it in to the usb port and and youre ready. well i have both of those programs and i plugged it in and it said found new hardware. so i was trying to instal it and it said that it cant. it did come with an install cd but the instructions said you only need the cd for windows 98se. but i installed it anyway to see if it helped and it didnt. i have know idea what to do.
try to turn it off and then plug it, or turn it on and then plug it
or try with… other pc.
