my computer doesn’t recognize my mp3 player!
so, i got this zen xfi and it’s pretty cool. i installed creative centrale and the whole deal. but now when i try to transfer files from my computer to the mp3 player, i can’t do that. the transfer button on the top isn’t highlighted and it says no player connected. so, what should i do?
