Creative Zen MP3 Player Help?
So, i have a creative zen vplus mp3 player , 2GB. Iv been trying to connect my mp3 player to my computer but it doesn’t seem to find the hardware. Iv even tried installing the software that came with it. but still nothing. Im not sure what to do, and i have even tried it one 3 other computers. But still nothing. Best answer wins.
no sh*t sherlock. i know how to charge it and plug it in. Its the matter of it not connecting.
Never mind, i figured it out.
i found this problem as well when i bought my one.
it plugs into a powered usb port not a normal usb port
try all the usb ports on your COMPUTER one of them should work.
its the same when you want to charge it up as well when the battery runs down also i bought a charger for a 240v power point with a usb connection and that dint work either nor does one from a vehicle cigarette
apart from that mine has been very good
