Problems with Creative Zen MP3 player & USB connection?
I’ve been loading stuff onto my new Creative zen photo MP3 player and am now getting a message that my USB connection isn’t working, and when I disconnect my MP3 player, I can’t switch it on or off or get it to play ???
Try going to the link ive provided, and redownload the newest Firmware onto your device, then reconnect it and try again.
