I have a creative Zen microphoto thats not charging at !!!!?
I replaced the battery, plugged it in left it for hours and still hasent charged. Once i plug it in it says the Zen logo on the display and says low battery and says its charging but as soon as i take it out it turns black and wont turn on. I wasted money buying a new battery to no avail. Can anyone help me please.
Try ressetting it , put a pen head in the hole under the power button –
