Can someone please help me? I need help with my mp3 player.?
I dropped my mp3 player today about 2 feet to the ground and i had my case on it but now when i turn it on the first page come on that says “creative” but then it stops there and freezes up and i hear a low humming sound coming from it. It is a creative zen micro photo and i would appreciate anyone’s help. If no one knows maybe someone could tell me where a good place is togo to get it fixed.
Try resetting it. Put a pen head or a paper clip in the little hole under the power on/off button.
