Creative Zen Nano problem. Help?
I’ve had my Creative Zen Nano for seven months. Then recently, I tried to use it and it wouldn’t come on immediately. It shows the Creative Zen screen and the light flashes for however long I hold the button down (until it comes on minutes later or I eventually give up and try again later). When it finally cuts on, the sound is lower than what it should be (a volume 6 sounds like a volume 2). When I cut it off, you can hear a loud pop noise in my headphones. When I cut it back on, its on a completely different track than the last time I turned it on. I usually have to cut it on and off about 4 or 5 time before it’ll work properly. I’ve tried changing the batteries and taking out tracks, but it doesn’t help. Any advice on what might be wrong?
