How to convert Audio / MP3 file into general MIDI file?
I want to download a ringtone for my mobile, but the nokia suite software requires a midi file for converting it into polyphonic ring tone. I don’t have any midi file on my pc. But I have many audio & MP3 file. Is it possible to convert them to midi file ?

You can’t, MIDI contains sequencer information for tracks, it’s plug and play so you can change the instruments played on any track whenever you want. A regular audio file contains wave data that describes a song. There is no process to go from wave->midi because there is no one way to arrange the musical information in a wave file to a sequence of tracks.
