I want to convert the bit rate of a mp3 song from 192kps to 320kps is there aprogram for that?
Unless you have an original file of higher quality, this is pointless, as your original file just won’t have the detail. Audacity should give you all the approriate facilities, but go back to the original file and rip it at 320kps for best result.
