Why is the mp3 file bitrate always different?
I have converted flac files to mp3. The information that my pc has, it says that the bit rate of the song is 320 kps, but when i open the file on programs like winamp or foobar, it tells me that the file is 230kps. So which is the accurate result?
2nd question: I convert the files using lame encoder, but when I use winamp, it says the decoder is nullsoft mpeg audio decoder 4.7, shouldn’t it say lame?

2nd question. Lame Encoder is the program you used to convert the file. Nullsoft is the format to which it was converted.
Which is correct 320 or 230? Both. Neither is telling you the bit rate of the file itself, but rather the rate at which that program is able to play the file. Whatever decoder your WinAmp is using is only able to play the files at a rate of 230 kps.
