compress mp3 files bit rate
Music Compressing and normalizing help!?

I need a program that can compress (preferably to a certain bit rate) my .mp3 files and at the same time normalize them (so that the volume is the same for every song). Any suggestions?

I don’t think you can find it. Mp3 format is already in compressed file
