My mp3 player shows up as full but won’t detect music?
I have a COBY mp3 player and it works just fine, except for one thing. When i plug it into the USB drive on my computer, and I open it with the file explorer, it only has one drive labeled “Internal Storage” and its bar is red, it reads “full”. However, when i click on the internal storage, usually it shows me all the music files, however, now, there’s nothing there. when i unplug the player, all the music files are there, they just aren’t showing up when its plugged in. Why is this and how do I fix it? Also, I’m pretty sure my mp3 player isn’t full. I accidently stuck an mp4 (itune) on it a little while ago but i can’t find it when i go through all the songs.

It probably doesn’t know how to read MP4′s, because really the only players that can play itunes songs are ipods and itouches. Apple has a copyright about that so no one else can play their songs, you have to find a convertor on the internet and convert the file into one readable by your mp3 player. Anyway, that’s pretty weird about your cd drive and I can’t tell you what’s the matter with it. That’s a pretty unusual problem.
