Anyone know how to fix lip sync in any video converter?
I converted my .vobs to customized .avis using any video converter the video and audio options are:
video codec-mpeg4
video size-176×220
video bit rate-768
video frame rate-25
audio codec-mp3
audio bit rate-128
sample rate-44100
audio channel-2
please tell me if i need to change these, or it there is a program that will fix lip sync problems
