MP3 to WMA that will keep same bit rate?
Isn’t there a free MP3 to WMA converter that will just convert the file and not change the bit rate? For instance. My mp3′s on my computer are at 128kbps. I would like to convert them to WMA at 128kbps. All the converters that I have used convert the bitrate to 192Kbps or higher.
I don’t want the sound quality to diminish due to the fact of converting the files. I do not want any trial programs or anything like that – completely free. Is this possible?
