How do I change the icons of file types?
I have some icons that are designed for formats e.g. it says DOC or MP3 on the icon. How do I set that icons for all files of that type?
I know how to change icons of individual files and folders.
I am using Vista.
Control Panel => Associate File or Protocol… only changes icon in respect to the program you use e.g. Word or Wordpad, but can’t set just the icon.
You guys aren’t helping.
right click on the file you want to change, then click properties, then customize.
