cassette adapter for a Mp3 in car wont work it seems to be the auto reverse that seems to make it pop out?
I am trying to use a cassette adapter in my car to play my mp3 player over the car stereo. For some reason, It just pops out after playing like 20 secs It sounds great but wont stay in what could I do to maybe fix this problem. I have check every where to see what it might be and this is my last hope.thanks all
Hello. It sounds like the cassette player is not reading the adapter properly. If the cassette player functions properly with a real cassette tape, then that is the problem. The solution is to purchase a wireless fm modulator that plugs into your cigarette lighter and all you have to do is set your radio to a certain station and it will play there. (i.e. 88.1, 88.3, 88.7) Whatever you set it to. They are available at some car audio shops and maybe at wally worlds, but I am unsure on there. Try the local shops first. Sometimes with wireless fm modulators, you may get some static, depending on how far away the antenna is. If you do, you can get a wired fm modulator from a car audio shop that will give you a direct line input through your radio antenna. Same as before on setting the radio to a certain station, just that it will definately be a clean signal because it will be “hard wired”. Hope this helped! Live Loud!
