how do i hook up a external hard drive full of mp3′s to my car audio system?
i want to play the videos and mp3 on my hard drive throught the monitors in my vehicle and help would be appreciated.
The easiest thing I can think of off the top of my head is check to see if your head unit has a usb input in which you would use a usb flash drive that stores your mp3s. You could then do the same thing with your hard drive given you have a usb cable to connect the hard drive to the head unit. The only other thing you should worry about is powering your hard drive. Which shouldnt be too hard to solve.
