How do I burn a CD using my MP3 downloads?
I have a couple of downloads in my folder at work that I would like to burn onto a CD.
How would I go about doing this? I know I have to use the Windows Media Player but can someone give me the step by step instructions. I’m a rookie at this.
lol Thanks!
I figured it out after I ruined the first CD. lol
Step 1
Open Windows Media Player.
Step 2
Add the mp3 files to the music library in Windows Media Player. To do this, click “File” and choose the “Add to Library” option. A second window will appear. Choose the “Add” button in the center of this window and a third, small window will open. Find the folder that holds the mp3 files in this window. Select this folder and then click “OK” to close this window. Click “OK” to close the larger window and the mp3 files will be added to Windows Media Player.
Step 3
Insert a blank CD into the computer.
Step 4
Click the “Burn” button at the top of Windows Media Player. Then, click the small downward facing arrow beneath the “Burn” button. A drop box will appear. Choose “Data CD.”
Step 5
Click “Songs” under “Library” on the far left of the Windows Media Player software.
Step 6
Find the mp3 songs you want to burn onto the CD. Then, drag these mp3 files over to the “Burn List” on the far right of the program. Continue doing this until you have chosen every mp3 file you wish to burn.
Step 7
Click “Start Burn” located beneath the mp3 files you selected. The files will then be burned onto the CD in their original mp3 format.
