I’m looking for a free mp3 converter that can batch compress or shrink the bitrate ofmp3. I have some songs that are at 320kbps but I don’t need that much quality. I’d love to shrink them down to something more reasonable, like 192kbps or something.
Don’t all me stupid but i really cannot tell the difference between 320kbps & 192kbps. My friend says my earphone sucks–hah~~that might be the point. I always compress everything to the worst quality that i could bear…i use this one now
