HELP!!!! I just bought an ipod video and can’t charge it!!!!!! How????
I just bought an new video ipod and tried to charge it using the computer and usb cable, but it didn’t work. I ordered a iPod USB Power Adapter and plugged the ipod in, but it keeps going to the battery icon with a lightening bolt, a battery icon with a exclamation point, and then the Apple logo. It won’t charge….What do these symbols mean and how do I charge the ipod using the adapter?????
i have plugged it in for about an hour or 2, and the screen keeps changing between each icon and the apple logo every 2 seconds.
Okay….you could go on apple.com and troblescoot (spelling…:( )
Unplug it and see what the icon is…your computer may not be recognising it….try a diffrent computer if you can. If problem persits take it into apple and get a new one!
While pluged into the computer it should say “DO NOT DISCONNECT”
