apple apps refund?????????????????????????????????????????
My computer sucks so every time I tried to connect my iPod for 20 minutes my computer would freeze. so I just charged with my wall charger and didn’t sync my iPod for two months. I downloaded over $45 worth of apps and music. I decided to sync all of it after two months when apple asked me to update my O.S. I downloaded it and after it finished it came up with a message that said “an unknown error has occurred. the update couldn’t be downloaded.” I didn’t think to much of it but when I disconnected my iPod it went into this weird mode where it had a picture of a USB cable and an arrow pointing it to an iTunes sign so I conected it to iTunes and it started restoring my iPod. but the last time I backed it up was before the $45 were spent. I know its partly my fault. I was wondering if anybody knew if apple would refund me and like look through my account history or somthing.
You dont have to worry about apps. Just go to App Store from your iPod Touch and redownload them. It wont charge you. You can download as many times as you want .
Money you spent on music is gone , you wont get any refund for that.
When you know your computer gives you trouble why dont you download music/apps/video directly from an iPod Touch?
When you open iTunes click on “Store” then select available downloads and see if anything that purchased is still available for download.
