i need to send my ipod back to the apple place to get fixed?
like okay, my mom bought it at walmart on december 19th and i got it for christmas.
i broke it or more like, i used it alooott.
so now i cant return it back to walmart because its past the 90 day thing.
i have the receipt and the little white apple box it came in.
where do i send it and what do i say that would help me get it fixed.
i could be like i just started using it and it did this or somethingg. ?

ps. it still plays music but like i have the 4th generation nano chromatic thing.
so i can shake it and shuffle it and listen to music.
but basically it does really help me because i cant play speciffic songs.
please dont try to help me fix it cause i’ve tried. just tell me where to send it and stuff.
I would first call Apple’s support line at 1-800-275-2273. They can help you to figure out what is wrong with the iPod, it may be something that they can help you remedy without having to send it away. If it does need to be sent back to Apple, they will give you the necessary information to do so.
