They’re coming out with a new 2 GB shuffle. It’s not out yet, but it’s causing them to drop the price of the 1 GB to $49.
Big iPod is currently at 5th gen, Nano at 3rd gen.
I’m still passionate about my 3rd gen classic and 1st gen shuffle. You got a big point about all the gens, but I guess there’s something for everyone. Early adopters get the latest greatest, and late adopters get the price breaks!
