I just got an Ipod nano 4th generation and its broken, will apple refund it or give me a new one?
I have tried everything the website suggested. Like restarting and charging. Its perfectly new, i got it for christmas. I was using it in speakers, then i took it out and it suddenly went black and wont turn on. I plugged it into the computer all night to see if charging helped, it didnt. It works when its plugged into the computer but then immediatly goes black when I unplug it. I really want a refund or a new ipod, will they give me one?
