Can anyone tell me what the best ipod docking system would be?
We have just bought an ipod classic and a iw900 to replace a denon UM-D31. Don’t get me wrong, it sounds fine with some of my albums but the speakers seem to missing something. Whats worse is i put both on side by side and the Denon wiped the floor with it. Now im wondering if there is something out there that will give me the same quality as the denon but with a ipod dock. Don’t really want a speaker unit would prefer a hifi system as you never know when you might need to use a cd and lets face it Apple didn’t make the whole uploading music business very easy.
I got myself a Bose CD/radio that accepts an iPod input via the Aux socket. Brilliant. Expensive, but just sooooo great.
I also have a Logitech dock that I use in other parts of the house when I need portability and this is pretty good too for the cost.
