iPod troubles PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!?
For my iPod nano, I bought .http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4662217 . And, on the screen (of my iPod) it says, “FireWire connections are not supported. To transfer songs, connect the USB cable provided. Press Center to dismiss.” (pressing center doesn’t do anything). So I decided to return I and buy the original Apple ac charger. The stuff on the screen still comes up, and I don’t know what to do. I’ve download the newest iTunes version, and I tried resetting my iPod, nothing works!!! ( Oh by the way, the walmart product said it was compatable with iPod nano.) Please help!!!!!!
I’ve tried putting it on the factory setting, and I’m using the USB cord that came with my iPod.
What you need to do, is check if the iPod is charging when you plug it into the AC charger. If it is, even though it displays that message, then it’s doing what it’s supposed to. It doesn’t really matter if it is saying something on the iPod or not — if it is getting the job done, then that’s all that matters! If it’s not, then I suggest that you just use your computer to charge it, or send in your iPod to Apple. When you send it in, they will fix your battery and everything and then send it back.
